1 16 to 20 oz package Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 pint half and half
1 small package instant chocolate pudding
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup nuts (Optional – your choice)
Roll cookie dough onto round or square baking sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Prepare pudding mix with half and half. Let set until firm (about 5 minutes). Spread cream cheese over cooled cookie. Spread pudding over cream cheese and smooth. Chop nuts and sprinkle over top.
Delicious! Good refrigerated later also.
